Fresh Chevre: Our chevre is
made from milk that is hand poured. This is a very mild semi-soft
cheese that is wonderful for spreading, dips, hors d’ oeuvres,
dressings and adds interest when used to replace cream cheese in
recipes. Even the most skeptical people we know have tasted this and
loved it. Spread it on crackers with preserves for a wonderful
snack.
Chevre is $15 by the pound and $1.25 by the ounce
Feta: We have mild and strong
flavored varieties. Wonderful crumbled on salads!
Feta is $20 by the pound and $1.50 by the ounce
Quark: A delicious cheese
that is a great substitute for sour cream! Our chefs just love this
stuff and so will you.
